sort listings when displaying directory contents (first directories, then lexically)
also, update the css for the listings slightly

I don't have any time right now to review any Dart stuff that's not critical for Dart 2.

@devoncarew – I'll just land this and fix the changelog. Need to get this out w/ constants removed anyway
