Forms tutorial uses out-of-date Slambook example

The slambook example is used in the forms tutorial: https://www.dartlang.org/docs/tutorials/forms/

The example is not incorrect, but it would be nice if it were updated to use async/await. The tutorial text would then also need updating.

The slambook example has been updated to use async/await. However, the forms tutorial needs to be updated to reflect the latest version of slambook.

This example has been updated to Polymer Dart 1.0 and released.

Leaving open since the Forms tutorial, which uses slambook, is still out of date. (But I've added a note stating that.)
