chore: Format with dartfmt & organise opcodes #36

Formats code with dartfmt to make contributions more accessible to newcomers and follow Dart style guidelines.
Organises Script opcodes in the same way as Bitcoin Core.
Consistently prefers single quotes over double quotes (exceptions for escaped single quotes). There was inconsistent usage of single and double throughout the project.

Hi, I wasn't too sure about if the standard formatting would be what the project wanted. I'll open a new pull request when I get the chance later today. I deleted the fork but will create a new one push changes up again from local. 🙂
