Suggestion: Website footer version label lower height and dark theme request #75

Footer version label: 16px,20px padding is slightly extra IMO. Also causes distraction, I edited the padding to5px seems less obstructive. Dark site Appearence: I also want to suggest a non white background theme for the entire api site. This helps people with light sensitivity.
