Missing Cantonese Chinese (HK) locale yue_HK

Which locale is missing? yue_HK

Which locale have you considered of using instead, but was not sufficient? zh_HK

Thanks for contributing. What exactly is missing from the zh_HK locale? In my understanding, both zh_HK and yue_HK describe Cantonese.

From what I can tell, zh_HK is traditional Chinese, but doesn't imply Cantonese, whereas yue_HK specifically is Cantonese.
