Describe the problem

Now that GitHub's Advisory Database supports Dart, we should consider documenting this. Perhaps with a little detail and linking to GitHub's documentation or linking to a new page near the other package pages.

A little detail about the process and database could be added to the page. This could link to GitHub's documentation or linking to a new page near the other package pages.

Yes, I think we should.

Maybe on https://dart.dev/tools/pub/publishing? This page is getting long though... Given the importance of the subject, perhaps a new leaf page under Packages > ?
