Email link broken while space in domain name

Not a priority just figured I would mention this

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Setup a site put place the site within a folder that has a space in the name 
causing the domain name to have a space.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected output would be a full link that is fully clickable with a space in 
the domain name

For example:    http://example.com/Site Name
If you were to type that domain into a browser it would rewrite it 
http://example.com/Site%20Name

The problem is when the email is sent from mining buddy each link in the email 
will not fully work

They will be linkable only up to the first space with the text after the space 
not being included in the link causing links to not work. 

To fix this a user would rather have to manually highlight the entire link or 
not put spaces in the site domain name

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

(link would work up to here)(rest will just show in plain text)
