Set mineral goals #35

Feature request.

Rather than setting goals based on ores, set mineral goals. Have a place where 
you can enter the refiner skills and station characteristics (to determine 
refining waste). As ore is hauled and logged to the database the program can 
figure out what the mineral result will be after refining.
