Cloudflare DDOS protection #41

Hi,

I can only get data for about 12 weeks until I hit Cloudflare DDOS protection page and it errors with "Songs not found".

https://www.npmjs.com/package/cloudscraper is able to overcome the problem with Cloudflare.

Would you consider integrating this into your library, if you think it helps?
