Cruis'n USA crash with adapter #3

Cruis'n USA

Bug:  The game simplely freeze at the first screen when I use the adapter. Like 
mario and star wars if I connect a original controller first and swap with the 
adapter everything work well.

No longer crash with added support to 0xFF command. But still end up at a 
screen asking for rumble pak removing ^^. Will need to implement enhancement #4 
to really solve the issue.

Feature to toogle with AL+AR+X between occupied slot and empty allow to change 
to empty controller on game boot and avoid the error screen.
