Add way to hide cursor (& fix missing wgsl string)

Two very minor changes from my fork:
Add a new function
set_cursor_hidden
that allows hiding the cursor (for when you draw one in-game).
Fix the
wgsl_decl
in shader uniforms which was using a dummy value.
