Final Project Report

Summary/Debrief

We finished the application! While there is still room for improvement, we are all very content with how the application has come out.
We started to run out of steam at the end and things moved a bit slower than expected at times, but we managed to get it done!

Validation

Unfortunately, we were not able to validate our product in the way we initially hoped to, as we didn't have the time to perform more outreach
Hopefully as the medium article has some time up we'll be able to gather some more interest/emails in our subscriber list

Potential Next Steps

Track subscribers, send out newsletters, perform more marketing
Call companies and manually onboard them to test our product for their intern cycle

Final Takeaways

Lessons learned: always give yourself more of a time buffer than you think
Commit yourself to documentation - it makes integration significantly easier
Communicate well with your team, everything is easier when everyone is in the loop!
CS is hard.

nicely done! you all tackled so many different portals! wish you had the time to do some of the validation stuff we had talked about, but still good.
