Clicking on a PlaylistPreviewCard should update Watch sequence with seeded stream of videos.

Maybe add a seed playlist to SequenceViewModel
Update load so that if seedplaylist is not nil we add a query parameter
SequenceViewModel might need to be moved to Navigator so that Explore can set it?
