Update BreezeApp.swift #395

Cleaning up BreezeApp.swift - main thing is trying to make logic foolproof for keeping track of phone usage + day rollovers etc. If we can at least make it perfect on our side then everything else we can blame on Apple

I'm commenting the s*** out of BreezeApp.swift for the unlock/lock/check phone usage logic, we can take them out but rn just trying to work through it in english
