what does success for this class mean to you?
Coming into the course, I was hoping to learn more about creating a project from scratch and working on it over a longer time period. In addition, I wanted to learn more about project planning and coding with a team. Half-way through the class, my goals remain the same. I hope to continue to learn more about how to create larger scale projects.
I also hoped to gain exposure to new technologies. I have never really worked on the front-end before so using React has been rewarding. I hope to become better at React throughout this next term.
Challenges
what are some challenges you foresee?
Although, I have been enjoying working with React, it has been very difficult for me. I expect this to continue.
Working on such connected components with my teammates has also been difficult and it seems like this might continue. For example, it is hard to build the backend when you don't know exactly how the frontend will work.
