With this pull request, I designed and created the whole hub area from scratch using maya, photoshop, and substance painter. I created the models and the layout, did uv mapping, and made textures all from scratch. I also modeled the 9 hats and textured it with Kaihao to create the changing outfit functions. This is important for our project since it is one of the two scenes our game needs and it is the place for the players to learn all the controls and pick up the teams. Since our game has a very unique cute artistic style, it is hard for us to scavenge assets online, so we need to create one from scratch.
