add 2d and 1d flux attributes #2

This PR rewrites the format of flux2d list and flux1d list generated in the plot session so that one can save these files with the attributes fit_run.flux_2d_out and fit_run.flux_1d_out

I agree that this can be useful when the users want to re-generate the plot.
