CMP 100-210 support #105

Please add support to this card.

TitanV, Quadro, Tesla V100 drivers works for this card (manual install) but i think it's slower in Cuda, which it should be (not sure if the tensor cores are working). 1DF4 is not blacklisted.

This is a list of all device IDs that are prohibited from performing 3D acceleration. All I do is reset this blacklist. Currently only 1D83, 1D84, and 1DC1 are blacklisted.
