Add a readme for each subdirectory

Explaining the big picture and learning outcomes
Instructions on how to simulate what you're supposed to simulate, which .urdf files should one load? Which buttons should one press in GRIP?

I'd even suggest that if a tab is designed to use a single .urdf file, it should load it automatically.

Indeed, is there something like .griprc for grip today? Another idea is to have the relevant .urdf files inside the sample folder already so they are not all from a global pool.

Having readme's for every example would be nice. But I don't think this is a priority right now. We have one tutorial for the planning tab on the wiki. We could may be create more such tutorials at some point.
