Exclude tags/folders

I haven't started using it yet, but I think that a list of tags/folders to exclude (not include, as is currently supported) would be a useful feature. My way of using this would be to make it work for everything except certain folders (and, possibly, certain tags).

As for how it would work with the current inclusion lists, I think normally when having both inclusions and exclusions, then exclusions take precedence. I.e., if an item is both included and excluded, then it's excluded.

@cmeeren this may happen, although I intended the DataviewJS query support for such cases. You may want to try that for now!
