track playback stops with an error after some time #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Playing long tracks, such as DJ mixes, from your favourites
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The tracks seem to cut out after a few minutes, usually saying "error"

What version of the product are you using? On what device / Android
version?

Latest version of the product/HTC Desire/Android 2.1

Please provide any additional information below.

This is also happening to me. Very annoying! Will it ever be fixed??

Yes, we will try to address the problem.  The actual playback is handled by the 
Android OS media player communicating directly with SoundCloud (which is all 
out of our hands), but we can certainly try to adjust any settings and improve 
the error handling.

I don't get an error, tracks just stop playing 8-12 min in.  Running ver 1.2.1 
on evo using android 2.2.

I'm using version 2.8.3 on my galaxy note pro, and the songs end abruptly part 
way through, moving on to the next track. This only happens on my android 
device, because it works fine on my iPhone and PC,  which I'm going to switch 
back to in a bit. Just reporting my issues with it, hoping to help get this 
resolved!
