Example cohorts no longer generate because of new requirements for snake case cohort names #206

I get an error when generating these cohorts. Let's discuss if we need to relax the retirement or change the cohort names.

Hi @ablack3 I'm assuming this is so CDMConnector is compatible with certain database platforms? From what version of CDMConnector is this a hard requirement?
