write a ToS / privacy policy #19

Maybe this is a terrible idea, but what if we:

  1. Made "no Slack or Discord bridges" an official policy
  2. Wrote down some kind of privacy policy
  3. Finished it off with the usual boilerplate ("no implied fitness for any purpose" or whatever)
