That means I will move 8.377 RING from bonded to locked
in Staking Page

It seems no problem here.
While in the Account Page, It shows me that I just bonded 8.377 RING (without a lock period)
Quite Confusing here. Seems that I bond my bonded again?
If as designed, When user choose 「Lock extra」the amount of lock extra should be from bonded. And a lock period is always required.
This restriction needs to be added when LOCK EXTRA.
And maybe double check the data displayed on the Staking page
