@1022ranji and @wuminzhe please help me reviewing this PR. It fixes the following issues

  1. The deposit expiring time progress bar going beyong 100%, you can test by appending &account=0xAe0222eA1c24c3579b4CC751a2BE757aBeDFD78E on your URL. 2.Staking rewards time updated to using UTC
