Rewrite `Staking Module` #25

The Darwinia staking module has been redesigned in https://github.com/darwinia-network/darwinia/pull/1408. It's now clearer than before. I suggest rewriting the staking design part in the document to make the design easier for the public to understand. @AurevoirXavier

Fix by #100
