What are the pros and cons of each proposal?
- Cons include investment
- How can the cons be mitigated? What is the cost-effectiveness of each mitigation?
Ranking the different proposals
Are there any other proposals we can come up with?
What are the unknowns?
- What is the extent of our knowledge on the matter? Would we be better served by reducing the unknowns?

There is a need for both synchronous and asynchronous sessions.
