is:selected special query doesn't update correctly.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select 1+ tabs.
2. Use the `is:selected` special query to show only those tabs.
3. Unselect the tabs. In this case, I used Menu -> Select none.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Tabs should disappear, as they are no longer selected. Instead, they are still 
visible.

Please provide any additional information below.
Looks like I'll need to hook up some `state.search` stuff.
