Drag and drop to new window #135

To be able to drag selected tabs to a new unopened window. Such as having an 
area where if if selected tabs are dragged there, they will be put into a new 
window.

Already done. Drag the tabs to the "Menu" button, then to the "New Window" 
item, then let go.
