Tab Counter resets once per minute, rather than once per day. #88

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable the tab counter in the Experimental category.
2. Enable "reset when it is 00:00 o'clock".
3. Wait 1-2 minutes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should wait until the next day before resetting. Instead, it resets every 
1-2 minutes.

Please provide any additional information below.
Should be a trivial fix...
