THANKS. I'll have a look at it.

a) I think I'll include the actions -> commands migration. b) For the Toolbar buttons I am not sure yet but it's a good idea. It only scans a single file right? How would you do scan the complete project? It looks like you removed the actions from the project's menu. c) Concerning the custom ruleset I will still roll with my implementation which can handle multiple files and also workspace-/project-specific settings.

Ok, i will clean commits in few days, but what do you think about restricted rulesets by default for fast scan?
