replace the contains search to start with search #47

Hi, i'm not sure if it's supported,

but i want to change the autocomplete from "contains" type to "start with" type. I mean, it will find matches only to the words start with, but not contains as it now.

Any suggestions?

any news? anyone know how to do that? is it even possible?
