General params not saved in DAS2C_RESULT #11

Query parameters are not being saved in the DAS2_RESULT structure for unknown keywords. This is a bug.

Actually, from das2c_results.c, line 75 it is obvious this is a missing feature. For das2.2 queries, standard query parameters are saved in the result structure for reference.

Marking this as "todo later" when das v3 capability is added.
