sftp support needs review #108

I rarely use sftp support in Das2's FileSystem API, and this shows issues:

sftp://space.physics.uiowa.edu/project/voyager/data/voyager-1-pws-sa/data/2024/vg1pws_lr_20240519_v5.30.cdf

Autoplot hangs and finally says it cannot connect after a minute or so.
