New color chooser dialog #90

Color type properties have a droplist of not very useful colors, and to make this worse you have to scroll to the bottom of the list to get to the color picker tool. This should be redone to be more efficient.

Here you can see it's just a droplist: image It could probably be a grid of all 140 web colors.
