macOS: Build fails with missing native static 'qmlrswrapper' library

When doing a clean build of panopticon on macOS I get the following error:

error: could not find native static library `qmlrswrapper`, perhaps an -L flag is missing?

error: Could not compile `qmlrs`.

I compiled panopticon using the following command:

QTDIR64=`brew --prefix qt5` cargo build --release`

Fixed by c460ecd6
