• I am not currently a researcher, but my last position was as PhD student so have answered as that.
• Q: 'Where did you hear about [open science]?' - should this be 'When did you first hear about it?']
• Note there's a small typo in the following questions: practicing should be practising

It may be useful to add a free comment box at the end for people to detail how they are currently preparing to be more open (as it takes time from learning about it, to publishing openly).
