Red colours in the TOC #2

The red colours in the TOC is just plain annoying. Can that be changed just for that? It is good to have other hyperlinks coloured in the content (like those for Sections etc) but the whole TOC being red is just painful on the eyes.

Fixed in commit 350b7da... The colour is currently locally changed to DarkSlateGray(!) and then back to red after the TOC is printed.
