Non-interactive daemon mode reporter #66

Daemon mode is a great backend for an IDE. It would be good if there were a sort of protocol definition where evoke outputs the stuff it sees & the IDE receives the changes and build outputs piecewise. This would be a one-directional communication channel for the build system to inform the IDE.

Reporter present. Need to align with VS Code engineers on what kind of protocol it should be; they're apparently already looking into such a thing.
