First steps to use knora-api-js-lib #360

@tobiasschweizer @flavens We shouldn't merge into master now. I suggest to create and merge into new develop branch (e.g. api-js-lib/develop) and to make new branches from there that belongs to knora-api-js-lib integration. When it's done we can merge the api-js-lib/develop into master to build and publish new npm packages.
