Test truncation #7

Need to figure out some way to test truncated code for correctness before merging the truncated_dev branch into master...

2d N=(8,8) SU(3) production run successfully reproduced by 2a1ba7e, and 4d N=4 SU(2) truncated HMC added to test suites by 5f8d121.
