Auto-id of audio tag is not enough emphased #136

I always put a mechanism to auto generate id for each <audio> tag, but I prefered to have people to clearly indicate ID for deep linking.

I should explain why integrators should precise ID, and explaining that there is a fallback but not suitable for most applications.
