'No such file or directory, helm-plugin' error when installing helm-dash via MELPA #157

I am running emacs version 25.2(9.0) and was trying to install helm-dash (package version 1.2.0, and version 1.2.1). I get the error: helm-dash.el:41:1:Error: Cannot open load file: No such file or directory, helm-plugin

I am new to emacs. So I apologize if I am reporting something with an obvious fix.

I was pulling from MELPA stable. Upgrading to latest fixed the issue.
