ask to create docset dir #21

Don't know if it makes sense to do this, or just tell users to create the dir themselves.

Anyway, here it is. If it doesn't make sense, just close it @areina :)

I like it @kidd but maybe we should break the installation if the folder doesn't exist and the user replies 'no'. I tested it and it's working well. I'm going to merge it.
