Allow choosing preferred hosts from where to download docsets #88

sanfrancisco.kapeli.com is the first url listed in possibly all the docsets and there appears to be a several second delay when contacting it.

As the docsets feeds list several download URLs give the user a chance to pick their local favorite.

There's no noticeable delay when calling london from the Netherlands.

I really appreciate your contribution but I wouldn't like to add extra code to fix something that is not a problem at this moment.

No worries, I understand where you're coming from. I'll still always have my own branch.

When I made the patch I was seeing some notable delays in getting anything from sanfrancisco, more than just ping roundtrip time. It probably isn't a problem as such, but it can be very annoying for everyone not living in west coast US. And given that dash has all the that mirroring infrastructure in place it would be shame not not use it :-)
