Similar to #22, this adds support for 0.8.0 of phoenix_live_dashboard released this week

Were you able to give it a try locally? Any warning or failures reported?

Ahh shucks, I was actually still testing this on the old phoenix_live_dashboard version 🙈 Switching to 0.8.0 looks like it'll need some more changes
