Add a diagnostic key press display to the main Dasher UI.
Improvements in logging in the custom keyboard for iOS.

Sorry, I should have pointed out that this doesn't demo use of a switch control. It shows that key presses can be caught, in the browser and in the standalone app for iOS, but doesn't do anything useful with the key presses. The switch control that I tried out sends key presses, in case that wasn't clear.
