Resolving duplicate readme issue #143

Updated configure.ac in order to fix the issue.

More context about the issue and changes. It seems automake requires README, Changelog etc files to be present by default. Several people found workaround for this by creating empty files with touch README, Changelog... According to Automake Manual editing AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE=[foreign] in configure.ac makes it less strict, allowing automake to accept non standart project structres.

I've fixed merge conflicts
