Any updates on this PR and it possibly getting integrated? Migration from gnome-doc-utils to yelp-tools is important, and even fedora holds this patch downstream because of this https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/dasher/blob/master/f/gnome-doc-utils-depr.patch.
