Should not have multiple macOS subversion releases #12

macOS 11 binaries will work on macOS 12+

Unless an app is using new APIs that are only available in a new version of macOS - such as the new AI neural compute stuff or FaceTime Stage, etc - macOS is just macOS.

There are exceptions to that rule and it's good to have the documentation and scripts available for creating different versions on different releases, but macOS 11 is a good enough build target for macOS 12 and macOS 13 in almost all cases.
